Enquiry data notice
Effective 3 August 2026
This notice applies to the web enquiry form on the TGCALL landing page. The data handler and contact channel is the TGCALL website operations team. To ask about or request deletion of an enquiry, use web support and provide the reference plus a verifiable reply channel.
Data we collect
- an optional name and the contact method you provide;
- target market, use case, estimated volume, and request details;
- page language, source path, submission time, and an irreversible network-address digest used for abuse prevention.
Why we use it
We use this data to reply, assess destination routes and delivery options, arrange follow-up, and control spam or system abuse. Do not send a complete customer list, password, token, or communication credential in the form.
Storage and Telegram forwarding
Every enquiry first enters TGCALL's persistent local support queue. Local records are configured for automatic deletion after 30 days. Once an owner-controlled Telegram Bot and private support conversation are connected, pending enquiries may be forwarded there. Retention of Telegram copies depends on that private conversation's settings and may differ from the local 30-day period.
Sharing and international processing
We do not sell enquiry data or use it for advertising profiles. Support staff and Telegram infrastructure may process the data to provide follow-up, which can involve international transfer. Submit only information necessary for the assessment.
Your choices
You may omit the optional name and ask us to locate or delete an enquiry record still controlled by TGCALL. Return to the English home page, open the bottom-right enquiry window, and include the reference.
